I'm 5ft 8 and i weigh 10 stone is that overweight?

    If you take your BMI (body mass index) it will tell you if you are the correct weight for your height.

    You can find a bmi test by simply searching google

    and it only takes a few seconds :) hope this helps x

    you look very healthy and thats really postive.being health means your brain can think you have periods ( yea we all hate them ) but believe you me after not having them 4 seven years couse of starving myself and no there back because im healthy im happy!!!i can have children and so can you.

  6. Don't worry about it, I'm also 5"8 and I'm more like 10 and a half stone.  Even that isn't overweight, because the last time I checked the 'healthy' range for our height is between nine and a half and eleven, depending on muscle tone and bone structure etc.

    The clothes size doesn't matter either.  I'm size 12, sometimes 10 for tops.  So you see, I'm heavier than you and apparently still thinner! The weight doesn't mean much when you are tall.

    As a side note, if you have bigger hips than your stomach (relax, I haven't looked at the pics, I'm not insulting you!), then that's a good thing.  You have less chance of contracting some types of cancer, and are likely more fertile than your friends with big stomachs!

  13. i dont think it is overweight it is pretty healthy but i think you could probably be a bit slimmer, but dont worry yourself! you are just average  suppose. ifyou are that worried really the ONLY thing that works when  losin weight is diet and excersice. try joining weight watchers for support in your journey!!   14. I don't think so. However, it depends on the body structure. Muscle tissue weights double than the fat. So, consider your girths, weight is irrelevant.
