  1. Sports. And is u try hard enough bodybuilding.

  2. high jump or long jump, if you are fast maybe the hurdles. with you size, probably something to do with your legs and speed, not strenth like shot put  or discus. maybe pole vault.  lets us know what you compete in

  3. it kind of depends on your body type example muscalar sprinter xavier carter is 6'3" 170, and triple jumper rafeeq curry is 6'2" 170 or if your skinny theres daniel lincoln a 6'3" 160lb steeplechase (distance race while jumping hurdles) american record holder. Your height and weight dont neccisarly determine what your best event is going to be, so just try one you like.

  4. Depends on your strength, but you might want to try shot put or discus.

  5. well 6' 3' is pretty tall so i would say high jump. as for running you need to try it out. sprinting is more of a natural talent, if you suck at first, the chances are slim you are ever going to be great. then you should try distance [my territory], with this natural talent does help but if you work hard enough you can improve alot. i would say try the 1000, its in the middle but closer to distance, but im bais because im a distance runner.

  6. you can try hurdles, i see a lot of tall ppl doing them when i was in track, u can also try triple jump

  7. You Can Try Long Jump

    Triple Jump

    and 400m

  8. 400/800m ?

  9. your height would give you great advantage in the hurdles or in any of the jumping events.

  10. ummm u just have to try stuff cause bro im only 5" 4' and i can jump 16" 6' for long jump im only in 8th grade but kids who were 6"4' could only jump  14"4' so long jump doesnt realy matter but id say if u get up ur endurence  ud be great at 1600/800

  11. The long jump...since you're tall!

  12. your light, work on jumping , do the high jump, or the pole vault cause you are light as well.  basically anything that will not require you to rely on muscles so much.

  13. I would recommend the events high jump, and the 100 meter hurdles if u r a good sprinter.

  14. long distance events like the mile or 2 mile because you naturally have a longer stride than most other people so this gives you a good advantage since you'll only be taking 3/4 of the steps everyone else is

  15. Maybe a 100 or 500  yard dash is you are fast. Or if you have alot of energy and good lungs cross country. Try time trial yourself and see what you can do good and check the internet for records and try and set them as your goal.

Utimately its up to you and what you find you enjoy, rather then what you are good at.

  16. probably Sprinting/400m
