I'm 6'0" with a 34 inseam what size road bike should i get?

at 6' with that long of inseam, you must have a short torso, and that will effect the size bike you want.  if you havent had the experience to know what you need, i also highly recommend buying your first one from a qualified shop.  you are going to need help to get things set up right i have a feeling.

anyway, based on your inseam, i would think something around a 58-60cm.  i lean toward the 58, because i suspect your torso will call for a shorter top tube.

Go to a shop and sit on them, ask for a quick test-ride and stuff. It's the only way you can be sure you're going to be comfortable with it :)
