im taking boxing, im not really fat, im active, what should i do?

  1. run, run, run, and run... that's the first thing you should do to build up your stamina...

    push ups can help you build up your shoulders, triceps and pectoral muscles to improve your hand speed and the power of your punches...

    working on the lower body can really help to last long on a hitting match...

    sit ups, of course will help you to endure body blows...

    learn the basics like jabs and straights...

    and the final thing you need to become a pro is determination and fighting spirit...
