  1. 160 and 31 waist would be just fine. Well done for wanting to lose weight.


  2. Six feet tall and 180 pounds is not necessarily unhealthy. You probably just need to tone up a bit. 150 would be pretty thin. I'd suggest that you work out, but don't diet to lose weight. Eat healthy, not less food.

  3. A 29" waist on a 6' person sounds a little small to me. I'm also 6' and I have a 32" waist. In my case I don't think it would be possible to go below  31". 150 lbs seems like a good weight to aim for.
