i say eat whatever u want as long as u don't eat too much of it. everyone eats sour cream, pregnant or not. so what are u waiting for?

I know what your talking about it is Listeria, spelled wrong I am sure, they explained it as being in unpasteurized cheeses, it is a bacteria that can cause a still birth and other horrible things.  they said it is on uncooked meats especially deli meats and never to eat any thing meat wise with pink in it, they said it was rare to get, but could be very dangerous.

I have never heard that you can't eat sour cream. I have been pregnant three times and have lots of friends with kids and have never heard that. So go ahead and it up.
