Dont.  You need to really take care of yourself right now.  You are going to be sitting down too long.  Ask your Gyn.

have you talked to your doctor to make sure you are in the clear?  if you have had a normal, problem free pregnancy and can stop frequently to adjust your position and stretch, i don't see where it would be a problem if your doctor feels it is alright.
