i'm 7 mnths pregnant with the 3rd child and i work in a call center where im sitting down for 5 hours a day,5 days a week.is this healthy for my baby? with my other pregnancies i didnt have any problems but with this one i've noticed that my baby moves ALOT!!!, like every minute every hour could it be because of me sitting down alot? i hardly walk because i get tired very easily now. my feet get swollen alot. i cant sleep because the baby is constantly moving. with my two girls i could sleep like a baby because they hardly move, what can i do to stop the swelling and for at least to have a decent night sleep?

  1. put your feet up as much as possible. don't worry about the baby it's just more active than your other two.

  2. For your feet

put your feet up as much as you can

    and for the second

its normal they hicup and move around all the time

  3. Yes, it's normal for the little one to move around.

  4. My baby was on the move until the 9th month.  I don't think all the movement is an issue, they're just not really crowded in there yet.

I had very badly swollen feet and I use to soak them at night and then prop them up on the couch or a pillow at night to keep them elevated over my heart.  There is really no miracle cure for the swelling other than having the baby.  Good luck!

  5. the baby is fine just more active the other sibling just remember no two pregnancy is the same. 2ND get yourself a little stool to prop your feet up and drink more water.
