I'm American and my fiance is Polish. Is it possible for us to get married in Denmark (we live there now))

For as long as both of you are legally entitled to marry by law of the land you intend to get married in, you can. For as long as there are no other lawful impediments for either to get married, then it is also possible. If any of you are trying to circumvent any law of your country barring you from marrying there, then this marriage in Denmark will be void.

You must:

Be lawfully present in Denmark and provide: Documentation showing present marital status, i.e. copies of last U.S. tax returns; if military personnel stationed in Germany, permission to marry from their Commander; birth certificate; and valid passport.

If either of you has been previously married, you will definitely want to read the US Embassy Copenhagen website for specific requirements.  

Non-residents pay a fee of DKr 500 to get married in Denmark.
