  1. just go over there and let him handle the stuff.... it is simple, there is nothing to worry about  


  2. Why are you asking on this forum? Go to the Bulgarian embassy (if there is one) and inquire there. I suppose you will need a visa, since you are not from the EU.

    Another thing you have to remember is that you and your boyfriend will be asked to have an STD test, which standard in Bulgaria, before you two get married.
