first a flight steward is a male , your name is cristy so most probably your female.. it should be flight stewardess.

second, did you just dream about it? if so, what does it have something to do with your professional goals?.. if  you dream about being a solider tonight,, would you immediately change your mind?

Tattoos can be removed  even if they are meant to be permanent.  Just go  and ask those who are in the tattoo business, I'm sure they  can also remove tattoos as much as  they  know how to  put it.

So, to your other concern,  yes, your dream is possible.
