  1. Stop. Breathe slowly and deeply. Count to 10. Repeat. Know it's just your mind playing tricks on you.

  3. Take deep breaths in a small brown paper bag.

  4. well ususally this is spawn from some other issues you are having in your life you need to talk to someone about your problems before some doctor puts you on some addicting medicines when you do have an attack i find it best to think about something happy and i try to do something by myself

  5. I have them a lot usually when I feel overwhelmed and helpless. They aren't fun. Usually I'm alone when I have mine so what I usually do is lay on my bed and let it out. Try to calm yourself down. Don't think of whatever caused the attack. Think of calming things. The more you concentrate on the symptoms the worse it will get. Take deep breaths. Can you call someone? I usually call my boyfriend and he helps me breathe and calm down.

Just take deep soothing breaths. Showers help me calm down too.

  6. Before learning anxiety panic attack relief, you must learn how to recognize anxiety attacks symptoms. 7. You need to see a doc and get meds, but meanwhile, there are things you can do. Concentrate on your breathing first, slow and deep. Put a rubber band on your wrist and snap it.  Put ice-packs on your wrists and the back of your neck. Do something, like a crossword puzzle, that takes all your attention and focus. Take some pens or pencils and colour in something very carefully. Distraction is the key.

  8. it depends its really necessary for you to get to doctor and get meds for it and you can lay down and try and relax. try and breathe normally and try that or put brown bag over your head and breathe deeply sometimes that will help. its horrible to have this feeling i stopped mine nearly before it started but i was very lucky and not sure how i did it but it worked. you can try and see how it goes but dont' wait to ruin your heart.
