I'm Having Trouble Logging Into Walmart's Credit Card Site

I keep trying to log onto walmart's credit card site to check my account it only has a spot to enter the username and when I do that it tells me I need to enter my password also. I try to do it spaced by a comma etc and then it tells me i'm doing it wrong but they have no help section someone please help.

Walmart doesn't have the user name and password on the same page.

Once you type in your user name and hit enter it should take you to another page so you can enter your password.

It may be possible that if you are a first time user or you had deleted the temp files and cookies on your computer, their program won't recognize your computer. If that happens, when you type in your user name and hit enter it will take you to a security question page. Once you type in the answer it will take you to the password page.

If you are having still problems accessing your account you should call the number on the back of your card and have them direct you to the department that can work out the bugs for you.
