Question:

I'm Hungry...What should I do?

I don't know what to do. If I eat then I will gain weight, but If I don't eat then I will die. I don't want to gain weight.

  1. I suggest you try to stop eating at 6:30 pm or 7:00. You stop burning calories naturally, or it slows down a lot. Stay away from pop, sugary foods, processed foods, foods that have high corn syrup, and high in saturated fats. But be sure to treat yourself once in a while! =)


  2. drink some flavored water

  3. eat something that is not overly processed. Somthing w/ fiber in it but no added garbage. That can be fruits vegetables legumes, etc

  4. try eating a half stick of butter. that will fill you up

  5. eat!  for a snack, try something like an apple with peanut butter, or raw veggies and a low-fat dip, like plain yogurt and dill.  this is what i try to follow to eat daily:

    breakfast:

    1 Stonyfield Farms lowfat French vanilla or blackberry yogurt (6 oz.)

    1/2 cup of Kashi GoLean! sprinkled over top

    1/4 cup of some type of fruit on top of that.

        water!

    lunch:

    1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta (try BarillaPlus...you can't even tell it's wheat!)

    halved grape tomatoes

    feta cheese

    extra virgin olive oil

    salt and pepper

    some type of lean meat or fish, like turkey, chicken, salmon...etc.

         fruit salad or whole fruit...FRESH!  always fresh!

         water! stay hydrated

         something small, but sweet, like a 1/4 cup of chocolate drizzled  peanuts and popcorn

    dinner:

    baby spinach, cucumber slices, avocado slices, lemon & extra virgin olive oil salad...etc, etc.

    i think by that you can tell you won't get hungry often.  put your snacks in between meals...and drink LOTS of water!  you'll stay healthy and you won't gain weight.  but if you need to gain weight (you can search on Google: BMI calculator, to find out.) then check with your doctor.  but remember, if your doctor says you're a healthy weight, then you're fine just eat healthy and exercise often!

  7. Eat something, then after an hour or so exercise (run, weights, play a sport), trust me it works.

  8. stay away from processed foods and youll be fine.  your body needs energy the way they get energy is from food...hope that helps

    It makes you full, so you don't want to eat anymore!!

    I like chewing on crushed ice!!!!

  10. eat fruit and vegetables! they are excellent for you, taste good, and have no fat. drinking water also kills an apptitie

  11. Eat healthy foods.  Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats.  Have an exercise routine to help maintain your weight.
