I'm I sleeping with my eyes open???

I don't know if this is trueXD but when I sleep I sometimes have odd relistic dreams of my room. I would be facing a certain way looking at my room and every thing seems the same=/ my door opens in my dream(maybe my mom or dad checking on me) Then ounce the wierd shadow leaves I wake up looking at the same things before and the door that was ounce closed is open0.o everything is exactly how it was in my dream...even the sound from the tv in the living room...Sometimes it seems like I have a panick atack during these dreams...like I cant breathe=/ I this normal?...could i be sleeping with me eyes open?

You could be dreaming in a very light state, still conscious of your surroundings, still able to hear, not able to see - but that doesn't matter - you know your room & home well enough, as well as it's occupants, to allow your mind to show you what is going on - even if you are sleeping. Congratulations, you are a VERY sensitive person.

Maybe you are just not fully asleep. I know sometimes i feel my self drifting of,but still hear what is being said,etc. then i jerk a little & come out of it!
