I want to bring my City down in a legal way. Cameron, Mo water is causing brain tumors like crazy. Look up brain tumors in Cameron, mo and read about it. Do not read the small town news one in Cameron because they are like covering it all up. Anyway I just want to see these people get screwed but I don't care how. I would prefer it being something simple and not even involving that maybe. A good way to start rumors and what is a good kind of rumor? h**l I don't know I am open to all ideas.

"You can't fight city hall", but maybe you can profit from it.  If you can find evidence of brain tumors in others, you might be able to bring a class action (See movie, Erin Brockovich).  It *you* or someone you know has one, you might try a conventional lawsuit.  If you want to start out small, you might try a "small claim".  

You may wish to make friends with (or consult) a lawyer.  I think many offer free initial consultations, or work for a percentage of the suit, which they only collect if they win.

One rumor that might be effective is that the City knew there was a problem with the water before the tumors were discovered.

The run off from the local agriculture contains residue from pesticides and synthetic fertilizers as well drugs and artificial hormones from the pig farm.  This water goes to the reservoir that supplies the town.

All of this info is the in Watershed Sanitary Survey for Cameron Reservoir.  Get a copy of that survey and show the town that the politicians failed to protect them.
