  1. There are Internet sites like monster and jobs.com that have a lot of job openings and you can search for any kind of job you want and it will send updates to your email everytime a job your looking for is opened up. Honestly thats not the easy way to get a job the easy way is to just get out there and apply and call in and check on your application and talk to the manager and let them know that your really intrested in the job.

  2. just go and apply! or apply online!

  3. job news-

  4. try a tanning salon, may have to go through some training (smarttan.com) but it will be well worth it. plus, its a fun job + free tanning most places!

  5. Well I can tell you an update will not help. You have to go and get out there an apply. There are always openings at the mall and at Target. Unless you take the initiative to go an apply, a job will not happen. The job applicaiton or job itself will not come looking for you, especially in LA.

Wish my daughter didn't want to ask me for money. No just kidding, I don't want her to work quite yet. Enough years for this. Go be a kid. Enjoy life. You will need to work soon enough honey. Don't let life pass you buy. You still get to be unresponsible somewhat right now. Don't give up your childhood and teen years to early. Once working, you get into what is expected. Then you will not have the option. I worked from the time of 14 and I love my career but did miss out somewhat on things sometimes. Just remember if you need to work, then something you have to do. If not, don't rush things. Hope helps

  6. There are job openings at those types of places often. There are lots of jobs in retail. To make efficient use of your time and travel, just go to the mall and fill out a bunch of applications. Check with each employer at least once a week by calling or showing your face. Confirm your interest in working for a given store. That keeps your application towards the front. You will get something soon...I never had trouble getting a retail job as a teen, even during the recession of the early 90's.
