I'm Looking For My First Job?

Where do I start looking? I live in the Napa Valley, and I'm wanting to search online, that and the paper. What else should i try?

I'd ask around local shops - preferably write a cv so you can take it with you and hand in to shops that request it for future reference, and google search "finding jobs in your area". To be honest it depends on what kind of job your looking for. If you're looking for a job in retail I'd go for the handing cvs round local shops option, but if you're looking for a job in an office, e.g. clerical, secretary work then I'd look in the paper for recruitment companies, most of them specialise in office work.

networking -- that is how you find jobs -- tell everyone you know you are looking for work and what type and do they know of any opening!!!
