I'm MCSE and I have 2 years undergraduate study in computer science can I qualify for H1B visa ?

I mean is MCSE enough for qualifing for H1B visa?

I debt it. Even if it is, the H-1B program is a real mess right now. It is only worth going for H-1B these days if you have a master's degree or higher level of education. That way your prospective employer will get a 70% chance of hiring you with the $5000 lottery ticket instead of the 30% that it will be if you have below bachelors.
