Please help, I am very moody at the moment and snap very quickly. I am worrying about the slightest think people say about me. I was on antidepressant's before for mood swings and I am off them totally now and don't really want to go back on them as it was for my menstrual mood swings. Is there anything I can take herbal wise or anything I can do to lighten up and stop worrying. xx

  1. try taking a bath. or going back on the meds

  2. Take a bath,relax and sleep

  3. hey i have the same problem but i go to quinco and get meds.. they really do help and talking to people about whats going on in your life helps alot also.. it gets alot of anger out. so if you dont want to get back on the meds i would just try talking to someone who will listen and help you out with some things.. well ib hope this helps..

  4. honestly, first i would eat, take a cold shower and take a quick nap. after that, sometime i be feelin great when i be wakin up..

    i'v hope this helped : D

just tried to relaxed and calm down.

  5. take deep breaths and try taking a nap..maybe a bath?

  6. Try eating some of the foods that increase the creation and uptake of Serotonin naturally (bananas & avocados are good - look up natural serotonin online).

If you don't find they help then try a low dose of St. John's Wort - don't be tempted to think of it as harmless or ineffective - you can do as much harm on that as you can on chemical antidepressants.
