I don't know how old you are but I would suggest taking a health class and sexual health class.

It will help you learn more about your body especially your reproductive organs.

You "pleasured yourself" or masturbated.

You likely had an o****m which is what happens when you have an errection and excrete s***n and sperm.

Please look at a book at the very least and so you will have an idea  on your reproductive.
