You cannot legally stay in America for more than 90 days on the visa waiver program.  You cannot legally work in the U.S. when here on the visa waiver program or with a B-2 tourist visa.  The only way you can legally work in the U.S. is to find an employer to hire you and give you a contract for a specific period of time...and these are professional  jobs, not unskilled or low-skill jobs.  Sorry, but this is the reality.  You can check out visas at sites below to read for yourself.

You will need to get a sponsor so you can get a work permit.  Everything flows from there.  Yes we have bars.
