I'm TTC and this is my fertile week....

My hubby and i are 'baby dancing' this week should i go to my aerobic class? I take a zumba class every Thursday? Should i skip it? I was thinking i would skip it and just a walk??

  1. i would say just do a walk,  better safe than sorry.


  2. If it isn't hard on the body...like heavy duty excercise then I don't see why not.

    also, think about what your doctor would  say.

  3. I dont think any kind of exercise would hinder make a baby... that is my understanding.... some people do all the heavy exercising, working, dancing etc, but still get preggers... but still do take the advise of others too :).. all the best..... lotz and lotza baby dust

  4. My doctor recommended keeping up on exercise, the only thing I've read that you might want to limit is abdominal exercises during implantation time period (5-10 DPO).  Good luck & baby dust to you!

  5. You should do everything you do regularly. In fact your classes will be really good for you. They'll help you relax which will make s**y times better! Even during pregnancy you can continue your regular exercise regime so long as you are having a healthy pregnancy and the doctor gives you the OK.

  6. We're also ttc and I talked to my doc at length about it.  She did not mention anything about limiting exercise... I spin 4xs week.
