I'm Thinking about getting the LG Rumor...pros/cons?

i like the keyboard, but i was really wondering about the IMing on it. is it slow like mobile IM or is it like the sidekicks IM? and i was wondering about the screen, how it displays the IM and txts. and any other pros/cons u can think of would be great.
