For summer/graduation, My Friends Amy, Andi, and I, are throwing a Pool Party and BBQ at my house. The party Is also A going-away Party for Amy, who is moving kind of far away. It'll be fun, but sad...we have a Hawaiian Theme going, so we're going to do that. Any gift Ideas for Amy, Or tips for the party overall? PS. 5th graders are also in my class, and they will be attending as well. I am a sixth-grader (or was one) in my class, and this is kind of my first party that I'm planning. Its for ALL of my class (except no teacher).

  1. O.K. same age  as me. First of all, make sure it doesn't rain that day. And if a hawaiian theme make sure you buy leis for every guest. And have hawaiian theme food.Like pineapple, coconut, and hawaiian punch. To make Amy part of the spotlight for her going away do some special game where she goes first. And for EXTRA fun do a water balloon fight, boys vs. girls(no rules!)

  2. Haupia- a Hawaiian coconut pudding

    Hawaiian punch

    Fruits

    Hawaiian sweet rolls

    Give leis to all guests

Buy a picture frame(plain white) and have all the class mates write something encouraging on the frame with perm. markers and put a picture of the class in it.

    Decorate with flowery banners

  3. it neeeds to be colorfull. lol :) i went to party city during the summer and most of the time they have hula and hawaian things. ummm.... yea ....
