From the first day of her menstrual period until the first day of her next period?

I have my period on june 26/08 till now i suppose to get it today or tomorrow?this is like 1 month already so my period cycle it 29-30 days? how can i know when im ovulate? please help me ?

You can get a bloodtest done to know if you ovulate, Use OPK's (Ovulation Predictor Kits) to test midcycle there abouts to see when you ovulate or try using a fertility moniter, or ovulation saliva tester (like OvuClear or Maybe Baby), or chart your temps using BBT (Basal Body Thermometer) - Fertility Friend.com is a great charting site to keep track of your temps and will put your ovulation day on the chart when it sees an elevated temp of 3 days after ovulation. It's all confusing we know but you're best bet is to research all these options and try the one you think will work best for you. Good Luck

on a 30 day cycle they say to count from the first day of your period starting 15 days, your days of ovulation are likely to occur between the 12 to 18 day from the first day of your period to increase your chances of pregnancy don't wait till those days to have s*x, have s*x the days before you ovulate so the sperm is waiting in the Fallopian tubes for the egg.

Your cycle is from the first day of your period until the day prior your next period.  They can vary in lengths, my cycle lately has been 31 day, but they can be 21 to 35 days in adults and from 21 to 45 days in young teens.

Ovulation is generally about cay 14, but again, that can vary... you'd have to test for ovulation to find out when it actually occurs.
