I'm UK national, Husband has UK spousal visa, does he need visa for switzerland? he has a turkish passport?

He has a 2 year spousal visa on his turkish passport for the UK. Does he need a visa to enter switzerland for visiting purposes?

Citizenship determines whether you need a visa or not.  His visa allowing him into another country is irrelevant.  So he must obtain a visa to visit Switzerland.
