I'm a 11 turning 12 who runs 100m i cant do weights but i run 100m in 12 seconds?

I need to know what good shoes i can use cuz i have plain trainers im thinking of NIKE ZOOM langan ST i heard they r very good for track and does any1 think i wil win state for 100m plz let me know its for NSW

Wow 12 seconds is really fast 4 12 year old. You definitely have a future. I would go to a very good store like pacers and ask them about what shoes fit you.Also if your going to get spikes get the ones called pyramid spikes . don't get the 3/8 inch ones. I recommend asics spikes. their supposed to be snug when you put them on. Usually spikes are a half a size smaller than regular shoes of the same size.

I didn't realize you were asking about spikes.

Try on the Nike Zoom Langans ST and see how they feel.

DO NOT use the black spikes that come in the box.

If you do, the can become dull and you won't be able to remove them.

I can't remove one of the spikes from my spikes because of it. >.<

If you do, visit Ryan's Sportshop. If not, try looking for a running specialty shoe shop in your area.

If there isn't one do this: (Example)

1) Find a pair of shoes, lets say Nikes try them on and take a lap.

2) Find another pair, lets say Mizunos,

one foot has the Nikes and the other has the Mizunos.

Take a lap.

3) Which ever shoe feels the best leave that one on and take the other off. Let's say Mizunos works best for you.

4) Leaving the Mizunos on, you try on Acsis, take a lap.

5) Which ever shoes feel best that's your pair.
