I'm a 13 yr. old boy and my p***s is 3 1/2 inches when flaccid and 4 3/4 when erected is that normal? ?

That's a good size for 13!!   Mine was 1" soft and 3" hard at 13/14!    It was 4" hard at 16/17!

Is a good size don't be worrying how big or small he is if he grows or not when your older You have to learn to be happy with it and Learn how to use it.

Ur height wont change the size.  Although The thinner you are  the more it looks "bigger"  Don't go and lose weight stay in average size.

I'm 13 and have a pretty good vocabulary and even I wouldn't use the word "flaccid" or "4 3/4"... but anyways, I'm about the same and I asked my doctor and he said I was perfectly normal maybe a little above average for my stage of puberty.

Age isn't gonna matter since everyone goes through puberty at different times, but sounds pretty normal.

Your Only 13.Calm down. It'll grow. When I was 13, my p***s (erected) measured about 4 inches. I'm 8 now and my erect p***s is around 9 inches. So there's lots of time. By the way, dont measure your p***s when its not erected. It's sorta pointless.
