I'm a 14 year old and is trying to lose weight in her legs.?

okay, so i'm almost 14. I'm 5'7" 1/2. I weigh 163 pounds. And I have a lot of muscle in my legs. But I have been trying to work out at least once a day. But if i work out will my legs get bigger? I want to tone them, and eat healthier and get skinnier legs. So do you have an suggestions?

  1. There is no way to just lose from your legs, but cardio will help, running, swimming and biking are key

  4. you should run on a treadmill, running suposedly tones your legs.

  5. well the only way ur legs will really "bulk up" is if u do squats and stuff WITH WEIGHTS. aerobics will make u loose body fat all over and tone muscle. pilotes is a great way to tone ur legs.

    for starters you would want to do is devise a solid diet plan. Based on what you do currently for your legs i would possibly change the program ( i can't really comment on what i dont know). Your legs will not get bigger just solely based on exercise, that is only one piece of a very large equation.

  9. If you want to tone the legs, lift light weight, lots of reps and run or get some kind of cardiovascular exercise for at least 20 minutes per day, 5 days a week.  Yoga and dance are a good way to do this without the weight training if you do not have access to a gym.
