I can't find one in my neighborhood. I just need some cash.

You can't find a job now because it's the middle of the summer and all of them are taken by your fellow teenagers who started looking before the school year ended.  It maybe too late now but after the school year starts, try all of the same places you've applied to. You'll be sure to find one then because everyone goes back to college or are not allowed to work if they're in high school.  That is, if you're allowed to work during the school year.
