It is best to go with something that you like doing. Because if you like doing it then you will be good at it. Or you can go with a no loose business. Funeral Home, Gas or  Alcohol. Those are win win business.

why did you need to include that you are black....what does that really have to do with your question?.....you need to find something  you are good at and think you can market or look into buying a franchise that is sucessful.

find a carpenter and start a business building wheelchair ramps. you will make a lot of money because they are needed everywhere.

Find something you are passionate about.

Teach people to read and write.  There are lots of people in all walks of life that need to be able to read and write in order to further their education.  You could charge by the hour or have a group setting of up to 10 people.  Let the school district know that  you are doing this and many parents of school age children who didn't know about this opportunity might sign up.

to start yr business , u must have a strategy , i mean a good step . if yr businees is make customer involved, u must work harder to make yr business succesful.

* got steady budget as much as u have to support yr first business. (spend and standby) for any risky will be coming)

* make sure yr places is suitable for yr business

* have many people at out there

* have a good kind of furniture to attrack yr customer to comes to yr place.

* suitable place can make customer comfortable with it

* have good relation with any customer

* make customer confidently with yr business

* important is : make customer happy and they will be come back again.

House cleaning for older people. My wife& her sister do this,and make fairly good money at it.
