  1. 235 lb folk cant be triathletes

    you liar

  2. Get Chessmaster and go through the training program for 3 times a week 2 times a day.  After you do this then take some steroids and watch the wins come your way.

  3. ur phisical atrributes dont help its a game of statgy

buy a chees set practice with a friend and u will learn

  4. The same way anyone else does.  Read a book on the basic rules, practice a little bit, and maybe find someone who can give you a few lessons, and keep practicing.

  5. go to www.uschess.org and click on new to chess, lots of info

  6. Who you are doesn't matter, you learn it the same way:  Read (or have someone explain to you) the basic rules, and then practice a lot.  It is best to practice with someone with aproximately your same skill, as that has the best competition.

  7. You can ask me anytime you wish :-)  I think the best way to start is to get to know the rules of the game.  There are many good beginner chess books out there.  You might download some from http://www.chess.com
