  1. yes you do   you can apply while in the Uk or  travel to Hk and you can apply in person at the China embassy in Hk  3 day prosess


  2. Word of advice, when you visit the embassy get there no later that 8.30am otherwise be prepared for a long wait, especially during the warmer months.

  3. Yes you do ... you need to fill out the form and take it to the embassy yourself to get one, they don't do postal applications.
