  1. You can go to any nearest country to apply for a visa in Irish Embassy. In the Irish foreign affairs web, they mentioned that the Consultations of RDC citizens depends of Irish embassy in South Africa, Pretoria. You can also call them and ask for information. I dont think you can get right answers here.

    Also google Irish embassies abroad.


  2. Try these websites or contact the nearest Irish Embassy in Africa.

  3. No need for a visa they take anyone over there.
