  1. development muscles like those gymnasts....

  2. Being nice, friendly (but not OVERLY friendly), polite, and efficient is a good way to earn tips in any business. Remembering to respect their vehicles and other property will go a long way, too.

  3. remember their names is a big yes. develop ur own style of making them feel important. notice anything new or changed if they are regulars. be descrete when they make big oopsies.

  4. Don't ask any bums that are hanging around if they got any spare change, lol

  5. Best tip ever:  Buy low, sell high

  6. Stand their expecting a tip. (They'll feel awkward if they don't tip). The waitress where I work does this & it really helps. She'll stand there after she gives guys their change. Some guys don't realize at first, but then figure it out & give her a tip.

Slip it in as a joke. When we had a special at my work, for example, some people exclaimed that the prices were almost too low. I said, O good, now you have plenty extra to tip! ha ha. I said it in a way that everyone laughed & saw it as a joke, but it did help.

Make people feel like a million bucks, kiss ***, compliment, especially the women.

Friendly flirtation would really help. Compliment their appearance/clothing - that dress is so flattering on you! I bet you make all the heads turn & stare! That shirt really makes your blue eyes pop, although I bet you know that & did it on purpose to make the guys drool!

Even if the lady could be your grandmother, make her feel like a beauty contest winner, like she's special.

Also, act really gracious for every tip you get to make them feel like they're so helpful & such good people, give them an ego boost. Someone will be more likely to tip again if they think it's appreciated, & if you make them feel good about themselves (selfish reasons are behind every action, even charity donations are really given to make someone feel like a good person).

Compliment! Boost someone's ego/make them feel good about yourself & make their day better, they'll remember you & be more likely to tip. . .

  7. Just do your job well and try and get their names.
