I'm a General Manager in the usa. I am seriously thinking of moving to south america, are there decent jobs?

I am seeking a permenant residence in Hoco, Costa Rica where i've frequently visited. I am 31yrs old and would like to know what type of employment is available in and around that area as well as living accomodations. I currently earn over 150K annually and don't require the same there, but would like to know what jobs are available for someone in my situation...Thank you all for any responses...
