I'm having no knowlegdge about softwares, I yet to learn them., I'm having a moral dilemma about joining in mechanical company or software company

Anyways, getting to your question. Well softwares are not rocket science!! Its mostly common sense, logic and lots of hard work. If you have first two and ready for the third, then you can join IT industry. Even in current scenario, most of the people with experience > 6-7 years are mostly non computer science graduates in Indian software industry. So its not a big deal. Believe me. I myself am a non computer science grad but am doing fairly well here:)
