I'm a New Zealander. Can i Work in UK?

I'm 31yrs old. i don't think i can get work on holiday visa. what is the procedure to get a work visa/permit in UK? is it hard?

Can someone please guide me . thanks

  1. OK, sorry to say but you would have the same probs trying to get work here as we did trying to get work there...although our age was against us when we did so (we were in our 50's)!
