  1. Its your country of citizenship, not country of residency, which defines the entry requirements to a given country for you as an individual.

  3. Canada for 1. You need a green card and a passport. Also Mexico where you need the same and a tourist card.

  4. You may want to cosult a local Embassy for your country, it is your citizenship, not place of residence that determines that as someone already mentioned.

  5. You  travel with your passport from your country of origin, and your green card.  Your passport will determine which countries you can visit or not visit.

    Your passport allows you to travel to countries.  Your green card allows you back in the US as a legal permanent resident and to stay infinitely within the US and its boundaries.

    You do not need a visa to travel.

  6. Switzerland lets you enter without a visa if you hold a US/Canadian resident card.
