  1. My favorite:

    FUNKY MONKEY

    1/2 jigger creme de banana

    1 jigger creme de cacao (white)

    2 jiggers cream

    with ice, on the blender ....... tastes like a chocolate-covered banana milkshake:)


  2. Classics:

    Martini - 4 parts gin to 1 part vermouth. Use extra dry vermouth to make a dry martini and red to make a sweet martini. Stir with ice and serve with a lemon twist

    Vodka Martini -  4 parts vodka, and 1 part extra dry vermouth. Shake with ice and serve with lemon twistr

    Cosmo Martini - 4 parts vodka, 1.5 of cointreau and lime and 2 parts cranberry juice, shake with ice.

    s*x on the Beach - 2 parts Vodka, OJ and Cranberry, 1 part peach schnapps. Shake and serve in a hi ball.

    Exotics:

    Tokyo Iced Tea - 3/4 part vodka, gin, white rum, gold tequila, 1 part Midori, squeeze lime, shake with ice, and serve into hi ball on ice and top with lemonade

    Vesper Martini - 3 parts Gin, 1 part vodka, and 1/2 part Lillet blanc, dash of bitters, shake on ice and strain into champagne glass. Serve with a lemon twist.

    Ferrari - 1 part extra dry vermouth, 1 part disaronno amaretto, shake and serve in champagne glass.

    Electric? Iced Tea - 3/4 vodka, gin, rum, tequila, 1 part blue curacao, squeeze lime, shake with ice, pour into hi ball and top with lemonade.

  3. hi: If u serve coffee You may want to consider this drink..3/4 oz coffee liqueur,

    1 1/2 oz vodka..black russian........also milk n vodka was once called a black russian..have fun.

  5. There are so many you could try. I would get your bar to invest in the Diffords cocktail book. It contains a majority of the cocktails in existence. It also rates them each out of 5 so you have an idea how successful they might be!

    It tells you how to make each one and also gives you extra info on ingredients and techniques.

    Buy a copy and just have fun trying them out!!

  6. After you've waded through the internet, one of my favourites



    "Madeiran Poncha" (from Madeira!)

    Double measure of white rum

    juice of a freshly-squeezed lemon (including the bits, so it's "healthy"!)

    large teaspoon runny honey

    Mix well together (in Madeira they have a special wooden whisk)

    Drop in a couple of ice cubes
