Does this come with one speaker one tweeter, or a pair of both?

I'm looking for more of a budget component setup, I have a 94 Sonoma and I'm wondering if I should do one speaker one tweeter per door or something else???

Might have 4 18s to keep up with but not break the bank..

Component sets come in pairs.  That is, you have a woofer, tweeter and crossover per door (for 2 doors though).  Who knows they might be s******g you over.
