  1. Hopefully this shet with SBW will blow over, fast!...

I hope they pick their game up next year, I remember when they were top contenders, this year they're worse than the Warriors and that's my home team... But anyway good luck to them for next year....

  2. Yes & they should sent a few willie mason over to france & break SBW's legs in2 or 3 places, the coward kiwi shet!!

  3. i think sonny bill leaving does benefit the club in some way, the dogs now have more money to spend on players and they have done that buyin, Kimmorely,Ennis,Morris and more.

after watching them this year they can only improve, i dont think they could get much worse, i hope they go good to rub it in to SBW

  4. I'm not a dogs fan but i hope they will be in the top 8 in 09

but although they have blooded alot of players this year their foward depth is that crash hot if they lose Hannant or Ryan it will hurt them and make it tough to make the finals .

  5. Yeah I reckon they will have a sick team next year.. Just imagine...

    1. Luke Patten

    2. Hazem El Masri

    3. Tim Winitana

    4. Matt Utai

    5. Josh Morris

    6. Daniel Holdsworth

    7. Brett Kimmorley

    8. Ben Hannant

    9. Michael Ennis

    10. Jarrad Hickey

    11. Michael Hodgson

    12. Andrew Ryan

    13. Reni Maitua

Or something like that.. lol Thats a pretty strong team.. I dont support bulldogs what so ever but they will go good I think next year.

    Go Knights!!!

  6. Panthers 52-16 Bulldogs

in the next 2 years the bulldogs will not be in the top 8 !

    GO PANTHERS !

  7. If it's not a management issue, they'll bounce back. Often things like this can turn clubs around. Though players like Mason and SBW leaving quickly might mean it's more than just players. If the management and players don't get on, then theres no hope.

  8. I think so! They are a proud club who don't stay down long. They have had no luck this year with injuries but all the players they have blooded for next year will be better off for the experience and they are nevery short of finding superstars. Apart from next year how often do you hear of the dogs signing a big name player. They don't have to because there recruitment is so good. I wouldn't think you have much to worry about. They can take St Georges spot in the top 8 cause they will be wooden spooners next year. With Sharkies Premiers.

  9. with the new recruits and SBW i'd say for sure, but now that he's gone i guess it depends on what they do with the 400K cap room they now have, since there are no big names off contract and nearly all teams have their 09 roster sorted i don't see the dogs recruiting anyone else for 09 unless they lure someone home from England, I've heard Michael Monaghan and Matt King aren't liking it very much?

but if they don't use that 400K to sign someone else than i'd say they will be in the log jam from 6th to 12th.

  10. I won't even HOLD it against you! lol, but they can only improve. I would like to see all teams get a better deal.
