I'm a citizen of the USA and my sister is from mexico. I want her to vaction here for 2 weeks legally. How?

She is a student in mexico and i am one here. i want her to be able to be here for my graduation in Dec. What do i do????

Unless your sister has other US immigration documents, she will need to apply at the nearest US foreign mission in Mexico for a B1/B2 visitor's visa.  See the following Department of State website for other information:

apply for a visa. You can ask your school to send her a invitation letter for ur graduation. Then, she can apply for the visa easier. My mom did the same thing too.
