Question:

I'm a compulsive eater what should I do?

I eat so much! I eat when I'm full. I eat when I'm bored. I eat when I'm happy. I eat when I'm sad. and I'm always bored...I don't know what to do to keep myself busy so I won't be bored I can't leave the house I have strict parents. And I can't seem to find something to do around the house. I also ALWAYS eat when I watch Television. I try to find something to do and when I do, I get so uninterested so quickly, and stop what I'm doing...

I'm 17 and short

I used to weigh 110 and now I weigh 123 I gained the weight so fast

I know if I continue to eat like this I'm going to gain more

I want to lose it but its so hard to specially when I keep

thinking about food.

I need some help on how I can keep food off my mind, and lose these pounds that don't need to be there.

  1. Sounds like you wanna fill some kind of emptyness you might be experiencing... analize yourself and see what things you are currently missing and try to get over that!

    If you can join some sports team at school or try to get involved in some kind of activity that will take your mind out of food.  


  2. chew gum, drink green tea, always brush your teeth, get a hobby, and tell your parents what you are experiencing. they are there to help you
