I'm a cuban with Netherlands residence status, do I need visa to Bulgaria ?

I do live in Holand, Interested in spend a weekend with my friend!, knowing that I

went to DK, ITA, FRA, GRE, Spain, GER, BEL., without visa,

because they are part of EU, but about Bulgaria ?, Bulgaria, is in UE comunity as well = I don't know.
