I am 16 years old, a dancer, 126 lbs and 5'1".

I've been dancing since I was three years old and I'm pretty good at it.

Everyone says I'm fine but I honestly don't think I'm not.

Does anyone think I am overweight?

If so, what should I do to loose weight?

  1. You sound fine.  Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, and if you're a dancer you probably have lots of muscle.  Stop worrying about it.

  2. try  this ideal weight calculator, based on age, gender and height. It

gives  you the per cent of people heavier than you, too. And shows you

how you compare to others: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht...

  3. Your BMI is 23.8.

You are a couple of points from --- over weight --- so all you have to do is cut down on at least 250-350 calories!
