  3. Vote McCain/ Palin because of the issues. Pay close attention to what all are saying. Decide if you believe them be it dems or republicans. Then vote the way you feel. It's your right. Don't take it for granted.

  26. No, absolutely not. Glasses, however nerdy looking, do not broadcast a person's intelligence. They broadcast bad eyesight, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I myself, have glasses but I prefer to wear my contact lenses. Eyeglasses have a common myth following them around that you are smart if you need a sheet of glass between your eyes and the world. This misconception arose from centuries ago, when wise men would pour over books written in tiny print until their eyes became strained and blurred. To have had glasses was synonymous with an extensive reading habit. Now, we know that to be untrue: of course, you can strain your eyes by reading voraciously but it is also a sign of heredity, passed down in genes. Palin cannot be given credit for being an avid reader by the fact of her glasses alone. Even if she were a prodigal reader, that alone would not qualify her to run the country as VP. you must look at her political views and how she has voted in the past.
