I'm a freak of nature and i was wondering i someone could help?

ever sense i was born i have been weird but now i'm a full blown freak. my eyes change colors any color u can name ive been there. i also have an electrical problem i cant touch people without shocking them and i caused a power outage in my neighborhood. i called the lightning in a storm and a bolt hit a power line less than a 100 feet from my house less than a second after i called. and finally i cant use electrical object in my house for too long otherwise it blows up in my hands.

About the other, I have heard of some people causing some things similar to you, just not to that extent. I would go to a doctor or a professor at your local collage. I'm sure they have done some kind of research on this before.
