  2. I really don't have an answer to your question, but d**n, thats flying!!!! You might be close now.

  3. I'm assuming your a guy, so you're gonna have to work really hard to get a scholarship for running.  4:47 is fairly average, but still good. You're certainly fast.  I don't know how fast you have to be, but a guy at my school runs a 4:23 mile, and I don't think he qualifies for many scholarships.

  4. Probably 4:20s by the time your a junior.  When you're a senior it's really too late because you'll probably have to commit to a college before track season.  But it's definitly doable if you're running 4:47 as a freshman.  Good luck.

  5. A 4:30-4:20 would be sufficient to tryout and walk on at most colleges.  Your ability to get a scholarship would vary widely depending on the school though I would generally say you would have a shot if you were down around 4:15.
